A practicing Austin agent's honest verdict on AI for real estate agents in 2026: which Claude workflows are worth it, and what to do first.
Hi, I'm William.
I'm a licensed agent in Austin and sold over $10MM as a new agent. Before real estate I built software: I founded a startup, worked as a product manager, and consulted at Deloitte.
When AI got good enough to run parts of a real business, I wired it into mine: listings, lead follow-up, content, and admin. This site is where I share exactly what works, and what does not.

Is this actually free?
The 6-module curriculum, the Claude Starter Guide, the blog, and the weekly newsletter are all free. The only paid offer is the live AI Bootcamp, which runs in small cohorts. Current dates and availability are always on the bootcamp page.
Do I need a tech background?
No. Everything starts at the copy-paste level: you can use the prompts and templates as-is on day one. As you get comfortable, the curriculum shows you how to build bigger systems, and every step is walked through on video.
Is this about ChatGPT or Claude?
Both. The concepts transfer across tools, and the tools guide compares them head to head. Most of the deeper workflows I teach run on Claude because that is what I use in my own practice every day.
Will this work in my market?
The workflows are market-agnostic: listing copy, lead follow-up, content, and admin work the same everywhere. The examples come from my own practice in Austin, so you see how it plays out on real deals, then adapt it to your market.
