Real Estate AI Society is built by William Zhang, a full-time licensed real estate agent at eXp Realty in Austin, Texas.

This isn't a tech blog pretending to understand real estate. Every tool reviewed, every template shared, and every strategy discussed has been tested in an active practice — with real clients, real deals, and real results.

My Background

I've been building things with technology since college, where I learned to code and built a fan fiction platform for writers. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, I went into tech consulting at Deloitte, where I worked with enterprise clients on large-scale technology implementations.

From there I tried building my own product in the podcasting space. It didn't work out, but the experience of building a product from zero — handling everything from development to marketing to user research — shaped how I think about tools and workflows today. After that, I spent time as a technical product manager at an accounting SaaS startup, where I learned how to evaluate software not just as a user but as someone responsible for what gets built and why.

Now I'm a full-time real estate agent, but I never stopped being a builder. When AI tools started getting good enough to use in a real business, I didn't wait for someone to package them into a "real estate AI product." I started integrating them directly into my practice — writing listing descriptions, qualifying leads, automating follow-up, producing video content, managing my entire marketing pipeline.

That combination — actually closing deals as a licensed agent while having the technical background to build real workflows — is what makes this site different from every other "AI for real estate" resource out there.

Why This Exists

Most "AI for real estate" content is written by marketers or tech people who've never held a license. They recommend tools they've never used on actual deals. That's a problem.

Real Estate AI Society exists to bridge that gap. The content here comes from someone who does the work every day and uses AI to do it better.
