Real Estate AI Certified

Real estate professionals who have demonstrated the ability to build and use practical AI systems inside a real estate business.

These systems support work such as market research, content and marketing production, listing promotion, and client follow-up. The goal is not to replace professional judgment. It is to help professionals work faster, stay more consistent, and provide better service.

What does Real Estate AI Certified mean?

Real Estate AI Certified is a professional credential issued by the Real Estate AI Society.

To earn the credential, participants must complete the Real Estate AI Bootcamp and demonstrate that they can build and operate working AI systems for real estate.

That includes systems used for market research, repeatable marketing and content production, property marketing, and client follow-up. Graduates must also demonstrate that they understand how to direct these systems, connect them to relevant business information, review their output, and decide what AI should and should not be allowed to do independently.

The credential is based on demonstrated capability, not simply attendance. Participants complete practical builds rather than only quizzes or lectures, and their work is reviewed before certification.

Real Estate AI Certified is not a real estate license, REALTOR® designation, or measure of sales production. Most credential holders are real estate agents, while others may work in mortgage, transaction coordination, marketing, brokerage operations, or related fields.

The Standard

The requirements are published so the credential has a clear and consistent meaning.

Someone is listed in this registry only after meeting all four standards.

  • Built working AI systems Participants complete practical builds rather than simply watching lessons or passing quizzes. Their work is reviewed before certification.
  • Applied them to real estate The systems are designed around real-world real estate work such as market research, marketing, listings, and client communication.
  • Completed the full program Enrollment alone does not qualify someone for certification. Participants must complete the required coursework and assignments.
  • Maintains a verified profile Each certified professional maintains a public profile in this registry so clients, colleagues, and employers can verify the credential.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Real Estate AI Certified mean?

It means the credential holder has demonstrated the ability to build and use practical AI systems within a real estate business.

Graduates complete the Real Estate AI Bootcamp, finish the required assignments, and demonstrate systems used for areas such as market research, marketing production, property promotion, and client follow-up.

The credential is issued by the Real Estate AI Society. It is not a government license, real estate license, REALTOR® designation, or certification issued by a REALTOR® association.

Does working with an AI-certified real estate professional actually make a difference?

Potentially, yes.

AI can help a real estate professional perform certain repetitive or research-heavy tasks more consistently and quickly. That may mean faster market research, more consistent marketing, better-organized follow-up, and fewer tasks falling through the cracks.

The certification does not mean AI replaces the professional. Pricing decisions, negotiations, strategy, local knowledge, ethics, and client relationships still depend on human judgment.

The goal is to give capable professionals better systems for doing their work.

Do I have to be a licensed real estate agent to become certified?

No.

Most credential holders are real estate agents, but the certification measures someone's ability to build and operate AI systems for real estate rather than their license status.

Mortgage professionals, transaction coordinators, marketers, brokerage staff, operations professionals, and others working within the real estate industry may also qualify.

Each profile identifies the person's professional role.

How does someone become listed here?

They must complete the Real Estate AI Bootcamp, finish the required assignments, meet the certification standards, and submit their profile for review.

Only approved graduates are added to the registry.

Credential holders may also request that their profile be removed at any time.

Is this a paid directory?

No.

There is no fee to purchase a listing or improve someone's placement in the registry.

Eligibility comes from completing the certification requirements.

Why is the registry still small?

Because certification requires completing the work.

Cohorts are intentionally limited in size, and enrollment alone does not result in certification. The registry grows as participants complete the program and demonstrate the required capabilities.
