The real problem

You do not have an information problem.

You have watched the videos. You have a folder of saved prompts. And your week looks almost exactly like it did a year ago. When I asked 16 agents who were applying to pay me to build this for them which automation they wanted first, 9 could not name one.

Before the bootcamp

  • You open a chat window, ask it to rewrite a listing description, and close it again. That is the whole thing.
  • You save prompts, tools, and videos without connecting them into a workflow.
  • You pay for a CRM you barely open, and leads go cold inside it.
  • Content takes too long, so consistency disappears the week a client needs you.
  • You could not say which one to fix first.

After the bootcamp

  • Your assistant knows your market, your voice, your rules, and what it may never invent.
  • One idea becomes a week of content, still in your own words.
  • Your CRM tells you who to call and drafts what to send before you open it.
  • You have a listing site and lead capture you own and reuse on every listing.
  • You can build the fifth system yourself, without me.
What you will build

Four practical systems installed in your business.

This is a build-along program. Every module ends with a usable deliverable, not just an explanation.

01

Your personalized AI assistant

Train Claude on your voice, market, clients, offers, and working preferences so it can assist with emails, listing copy, research, CMA preparation, client education, and daily administrative work.

You leave with: A reusable real estate context system and assistant setup.

02

Your AI content engine

Turn market knowledge, client questions, and listing activity into scripts, posts, thumbnails, newsletters, and repurposed content while preserving your own perspective and voice.

You leave with: A repeatable weekly content workflow.

03

Your CRM follow-up workflow

Use AI to help prioritize leads, summarize context, and draft relevant follow-up. The guided implementation uses Follow Up Boss; other CRMs receive an adapted workflow where possible.

You leave with: A review-and-send follow-up process that keeps you in control.

04

Your marketing and website workflow

Build a no-code single-property website, connect lead capture, and create reusable listing-marketing assets without depending on an agency for every update.

You leave with: A live property-site template and lead capture workflow.

Graduate outcomes

Students stopped experimenting and started building.

Graduates range from brand-new agents to a twenty-year team lead, building across markets in North America and Asia.

“Despite having zero background in AI, this course let me understand how AI works very clearly. Under William’s guidance we set up the whole agent from scratch. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to hop on before it’s too late.”
Eugene Tan
Real estate agent · Singapore
“I tried to build it myself. ChatGPT, Zapier wired into my CRM, all taped together, and I was the duct tape. I spent more time keeping it connected than using it. Now one assistant sweeps my CRM every morning and tells me who to call and who to email, drafts my emails in my own voice, and pulls my MLS. It’s one thing that works instead of five I have to keep fixing.”
Brock Nordman
Team Lead · Compass Realty Group · Victoria, BC
“William has a lot of depth of knowledge when it comes to AI, and I like that he has done it by trial and error in his own real estate business. He knows what is working, what has given him the best results, and now he is teaching it to us. He gives us homework, he reviews it with us, and he tells us what we did, what we missed and how we could do it better. It is absolutely something I would recommend anybody attend.”
Marc Longoria
Real estate agent · San Antonio, TX
“Before the course I was watching videos online, but I wasn’t really implementing anything. Mid-bootcamp I had a low appraisal come in on one of my escrows, and I used my AI assistant to pull specific market data and write the rebuttal. Without this I would have done all of that manually. It is specifically built for realtors, so we covered the actual problems: searching properties, responding to clients, writing offers.”
Anum Khan
Realtor · Los Angeles
“I highly recommend the Real Estate AI Society class. Over the program I learned the fundamentals of AI and, more importantly, how to apply it to my business: connect my CRM, build listing websites, create videos and thumbnails, marketing content, and automate systems that save hours every week. If you’re a realtor looking to automate your tasks, this class is a game changer.”
Denise Moore
Real estate agent · Washington, DC
“Very well done, and ahead of its time. It was presented well, with real life examples. My biggest win was learning more about AI. And you, William, you’re the kind of guy you can trust. You want us to succeed.”
Dan Jones
Real estate agent · Penticton, BC
“This course helped me move beyond simply having conversations with ChatGPT and start using Claude skills and MCP tools to automate and speed up my workflow. The most helpful part was the hands-on experience with tools that apply to real estate. You take the first practical step and start applying what you learn right away.”
Jasmine Chiu
Business Broker · Vancouver, BC

From the end-of-program survey

Every graduate of the most recent cohort who completed the survey rated how well the program delivered on its promise a 10 out of 10.

Biggest win from the program
“Going from being overwhelmed by the thought of AI to actually learning and loving how to utilize it and Claude to maximize my real estate systems, processes and marketing.”
Margaret H.
Real estate agent · Jupiter, FL
Biggest win from the program
“I’m now able to significantly reduce the time I spend on many tasks in the video-making process. I was also very glad to learn how to connect Claude with Follow Up Boss and use it to guide my daily follow-up: what I need to do, who I should contact, and where I should focus. It can reduce the chances of losing business simply because a follow-up falls through the cracks.”
Nicole M.
Real estate agent · West Windsor, NJ
Why this is different

Almost everyone stops at the chatbot.

A chat gives you an answer and then forgets you exist. The shift that works is the opposite: stop asking it questions and hand it a workflow, written the way you would onboard a new hire. Here is my market, here is my voice, here are my rules, here is what you may never invent. That is the difference between an agent who uses AI and an AI-native real estate pro.

Built on your business

Your market, voice, listings, database, content topics, and operating constraints.

Feedback on the work

Post the build after each session and receive direct feedback before moving forward.

A finish line

A four-week sprint with required deliverables, not an endless library you never finish.

The curriculum

Four weeks. One working system after another.

Sessions are live, recorded, and accompanied by implementation work. Budget approximately three to four focused hours per week, including class time.

Four weeks of live sessions
Session 1

Build your real estate AI foundation

Set up Claude, create your business context, define your voice and rules, and build the assistant that supports every later workflow.

Walk out with: Your personalized assistant and context library.

Session 2

Build your content system

Turn market insight into scripts, posts, newsletters, thumbnails, and publishing assets. Learn how to draft a week of content in about ten minutes before review, filming, editing, and posting.

Walk out with: A repeatable weekly content production workflow.

Session 3

Repurpose one idea across every channel

Convert one long-form idea into a practical set of short-form posts, emails, clips, hooks, carousels, and follow-up content without flattening your point of view.

Walk out with: One core idea expanded into a multi-channel content package.

Session 4

Install your CRM follow-up workflow

Connect business context to lead records, identify who needs attention, and draft useful follow-up while keeping the agent responsible for review and sending.

Walk out with: A repeatable review-and-send CRM process.

Session 5

Build a listing website and reusable automations

Create a no-code single-property site, connect its lead form, and package the workflow so you can reuse it on future listings.

Walk out with: A live property-site template and lead capture system.

The operating method

Context → System → Workflow → Implementation

The goal is not to memorize tools. It is to create a repeatable way to decide what AI should do and how it should work inside your business.

1. Context

Teach AI who you are, how you work, and what your market requires.

2. System

Turn the repeated task into clear instructions, inputs, and standards.

3. Workflow

Connect the steps so the work can be repeated reliably.

4. Implementation

Run it on real business work, review the result, and improve it.

Fit matters

This is for implementers, not spectators.

This is a strong fit when you:

  • Are an agent, team lead, broker, or real estate professional.
  • Want systems tied to real work, not generic AI demonstrations.
  • Can reserve three to four focused hours per week.
  • Will submit implementation work and ask for feedback.
  • Want to own the capability instead of outsourcing every task.

This is not the right fit when you:

  • Want a completely done-for-you marketing or automation service.
  • Expect AI to replace professional judgment or client responsibility.
  • Cannot complete the implementation between sessions.
  • Only want a prompt library without changing your workflow.
  • Expect guaranteed leads, closings, revenue, or search rankings.
Everything included

The support to build it and keep it.

Live build-along sessions

Step-by-step implementation with Q&A, troubleshooting, and same-day recordings.

25+ lesson course library

Supporting lessons for setup, review, and students who need additional context.

Templates, prompts, and skills

Reusable starting points for content, business context, CRM work, and listing marketing.

Direct implementation feedback

Submit your work after each session and receive specific feedback inside the cohort space.

Private Circle community

Ask questions between calls, share builds, and learn from how other agents adapt the systems.

Lifetime access

Keep your cohort's recordings, curriculum, templates, and private program space.

William Zhang, founder of Real Estate AI Society
Your instructor

I teach this because I run it every day.

I sell real estate. I built my business on content instead of ad spend, and when AI got good enough to actually do the work, I rebuilt the rest of my operation on it: the research, the content, the client follow-up, the marketing, the admin that used to eat my week.

Everything in this bootcamp is a workflow I use, not a demo I put together for a slide. That is also why I keep the room small enough to look at your work: I would rather fix your build on the call than hand you a folder of prompts and hope.

The founding cohort helped shape this curriculum, and their feedback changed it. You are getting the version they wished they had on day one.

  • Real-estate-specific examples and implementation
  • Direct feedback on every required build
  • Clear boundaries around professional judgment and review
Why now

For the first time, AI can do the work, not just talk about it.

A year ago, AI could answer a question. Now it can carry out the job: research a market, draft the follow-up, assemble the listing package, and hand it back for your review. That shift is what makes these systems worth building, and it is recent enough that most agents in your market have not built them yet.

That gap is the opportunity. Not because AI replaces the agent, it does not, but because the agent who has these systems running gets more done in a week than the one still doing it by hand. Every reset in this business rewards whoever moves first.

Whenever the next cohort runs, this is the part that actually matters.

Frequently asked questions

What serious agents usually ask before joining.

Is it interactive? Do we submit work and get feedback? +
Yes, and that is the whole design. Every session has implementation homework. You post your build in the private space, I review it personally, and you get specific notes back before the next session. The 15-seat cap exists so that stays possible. If you want to watch quietly without being seen, this is the wrong program.
Do I need to be technical? +
No. Most people arrive as complete beginners to AI, and plenty have never opened Claude before day one. The program assumes that and starts there. You need to follow steps, test your work, and ask when something behaves unexpectedly. Coding experience is not required.
When are the live sessions? +
Each cohort runs live over four weeks. Every session runs live with Q&A, and the recording is posted the same day. Dates and times for the next cohort go to the waitlist first.
When does enrollment close, and how many seats are there? +
Enrollment for the current cohort is closed. Each cohort is capped at 15 seats, and enrollment closes the night before the first session or sooner if the seats fill, because the cap is what makes direct feedback on every build possible. The waitlist hears the next dates first and gets first access to the seats.
What if 11:00 AM Central does not work for me? +
Every session is recorded and posted in the private Circle space the same day, so you can complete the build on your own schedule and ask questions asynchronously. Live attendance is recommended whenever possible because that is where you get real-time troubleshooting.
How much time should I reserve? +
Plan for approximately three to four focused hours per week, including the live sessions and implementation work. This is a short sprint with assignments, not a passive course library.
What happens if I miss a live session? +
A client will call during a session at some point. That is the single most common reason people fall behind, and I plan for it. Every session is recorded and posted the same day, the build works from the recording, and you can ask questions in the private space between calls.
How is this different from the free YouTube videos and curriculum? +
Some of it you could, and I would rather you tried. There are over 160 free tutorials on my channel, and almost everyone who joins has already watched them. Free content explains what is possible. It cannot build the system around your market, your CRM and your voice, it does not give you a deadline, and it never tells you when you have got it wrong.
Will this generate leads or closings for me? +
The program teaches systems intended to improve execution, consistency, and follow-up. It does not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, transactions, or business outcomes. Results depend on your market, offer, skill, implementation, and continued use.
Does the CRM training work with every CRM? +
The guided technical example uses Follow Up Boss. Many concepts transfer to other CRMs, but features, permissions, APIs, and integrations vary, so other platforms may require adaptation.
Do I receive a certificate? +
Members who complete the core lessons, submit the required builds, and pass the final implementation review receive a Certificate of Completion. Enrollment or attendance alone does not qualify.
How long do I keep access? +
You keep lifetime access to your cohort's recordings, curriculum, templates, and private program space, subject to the platform's normal terms and the program's acceptable-use rules.
Is the bootcamp only for individual agents? +
No. It can also fit team leads, brokers, business brokers, and real estate professionals who personally oversee content, marketing, lead follow-up, or operations.
What is the refund policy? +
You get access to the course library, recordings, and templates the moment you enroll, so the seven-day window starts at purchase rather than at the cohort start date. If it is not the right fit, email me within seven days of your purchase and I will refund your tuition, less a 20% fee that protects the intellectual property and keeps the program limited. No hassle and no questions asked.
What software will I need? +
A paid Claude plan is required and billed separately by Anthropic. Follow Up Boss receives the most complete guided CRM implementation. Any additional software costs will be disclosed before the relevant session.
