Terms of Service

Effective September 5, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Magyak Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company that operates the Real Estate AI Society brand ("we," "us," or "our"). By using realestateaisociety.com or buying anything from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Real Estate AI Society is a brand of Magyak Media LLC. We publish free content and sell training, digital products, group programs, and coaching for real estate professionals who want to use AI in their businesses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or brokerage, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any tax that may apply. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

Where a product is billed on a recurring basis, that is stated at checkout, and the subscription continues until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

Live bootcamp and cohort programs. You get access to the course library, recordings, and templates the moment you enroll, so the seven-day window starts at purchase rather than at the cohort start date. If it is not the right fit, email us within seven days of your purchase and we will refund your tuition, less a 20% fee that protects the intellectual property and keeps the program limited.

Digital products, recordings, and prompts. These are delivered immediately and in full. Because you receive the entire product the moment you buy it, these sales are final and are not refundable once the material has been accessed or downloaded.

Coaching. Coaching engagements are governed by the minimum term and terms stated at the point of purchase.

If the terms shown at the point of purchase for a specific product differ from this section, the terms shown at purchase control for that product.

5. What you may and may not do with our material

When you buy a product or program, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material in your own real estate business, including the prompts, templates, and workflows. That license lasts as long as your access does.

You may not:

Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute our recordings, prompts, templates, or course material.
Share your login or provide access to anyone who has not paid, including others at your brokerage.
Republish our material as your own, or use it to build a competing training product or course.
Record, transcribe, or screen-capture live sessions without our written permission.
Scrape the site, or use automated tools to extract our content in bulk.

All content on the site and in our programs, including text, video, prompts, and branding, is owned by Magyak Media LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

6. Your content

If you post in our community, submit homework, or send us feedback, you keep ownership of what you write. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to run and improve the program. We will not publish your work, your name, or your results as a testimonial in our marketing without your permission.

7. Community conduct

Our community spaces are for people doing the work. We may remove content or end access, without refund, for harassment, spam, pitching other people's products, sharing paid material outside the group, or behavior that makes the room worse for everyone else.

8. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee leads, appointments, closings, revenue, search rankings, or any other business outcome. Anything we share about our own results, or about what other people have achieved, is an illustration of what is possible, not a promise of what you will get. Results depend on your market, your offer, your skill, how much you implement, and factors outside anyone's control. Most people who buy business training do not achieve any particular result. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions.

9. Not professional advice

Our content is educational. It is not legal, tax, financial, or brokerage advice, and using it does not create an agency, brokerage, employment, or fiduciary relationship between us. William Zhang is a licensed real estate agent in Texas, but nothing here is real estate representation, and nothing on this site is a solicitation for brokerage services. Consult your own broker, attorney, or accountant before acting on anything you learn here.

10. Third-party tools, AI output, and your own compliance

Our training involves third-party tools such as AI assistants, CRMs, and MLS systems. We do not control those tools, we are not responsible for them, and their availability, pricing, and features can change at any time. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

AI systems can be confidently wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything an AI tool produces before you send it to a client, publish it, or rely on it, particularly anything involving numbers, contract terms, or property data.

You are solely responsible for complying with the rules that apply to you. That includes your brokerage's policies, your MLS rules and data license, state real estate law, advertising and fair housing rules, and consumer contact laws such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM. Some MLSs restrict how their data may be used with AI tools. Check your own agreements before you connect anything to an MLS or a client database.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the site and our programs available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or a product. Session dates and schedules may change, and we will tell you if they do.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and everything we sell are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magyak Media LLC and its owners and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magyak Media LLC from claims and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site or our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, survive termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Before filing anything, please email us and give us a genuine chance to resolve it.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
