Privacy Policy
Effective September 5, 2026.
Real Estate AI Society is a brand operated by Magyak Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you use realestateaisociety.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
The short version
We collect the information you hand us on a form, plus basic analytics about how the site is used. We use it to send you what you asked for and to run our business. We do not sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing william@realestateaisociety.com.
Information you give us
Depending on which form you fill out, we may collect:
- Name and email address when you subscribe to the newsletter, download a guide, register for a workshop, or join a waitlist.
- Mobile phone number when you choose to give one for event reminders. This is always optional and is never required to register.
- Survey and application responses when you complete one of our onboarding, feedback, or program application forms, including information about your business such as your role, market, and the tools you use.
- Billing information when you buy a product or program. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of the purchase and your contact details. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Anything you send us by email, comment, or direct message.
Information collected automatically
- Usage analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individuals across sites or build personal profiles. It tells us page views, referrers, and countries in aggregate.
- Advertising pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising and to show ads to people who have visited the site. This uses cookies and similar technology and shares limited event data with Meta. See "Your choices" below to opt out.
- Campaign tags. When you arrive from an email or ad, the link may carry UTM parameters that tell us which campaign sent you. If you then register, we store those tags with your record so we know which campaigns work.
- Server logs. Our host records standard request data, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To deliver what you signed up for: the newsletter, a guide, a workshop link, a course, or a product you bought.
- To send event reminders and, if you opted in, text message reminders.
- To send marketing emails about our training, programs, and offers. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To decide what to write and teach, based on what people actually ask for.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To provide support, process payments, and keep records we are required to keep.
We rely on your consent for marketing messages, on the performance of a contract when you buy something, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the business for analytics and security.
Text messages
We only send text messages to people who tick the consent box on a form. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything. Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the site and business run, and only so they can perform that service for us:
- Kit (ConvertKit) — email list, broadcasts, and automations.
- Webinar and event platforms — to register you and issue your join link.
- Tally — surveys, applications, and intake forms.
- Circle — our community and course platform, for people who enroll.
- Payment processors — to take payment and handle refunds.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Plausible and Meta — analytics and advertising measurement, as described above.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If the business is ever sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.
How long we keep it
We keep subscriber and customer records for as long as you have a relationship with us and afterwards only as long as we need them for legitimate business or legal reasons, such as tax and accounting records. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your email address so we do not accidentally email you again. You can ask us to delete everything.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Opt out of ad tracking through your Meta ad settings, your browser's cookie controls, or a tracker-blocking extension.
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.
Residents of Texas, California, and other states with privacy laws, and people in the UK and EU, have these rights by statute, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any right, email william@realestateaisociety.com and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We may need to verify who you are first.
Security
We use reputable vendors, encrypted connections, and access controls appropriate to a business of our size. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
International visitors
We operate in the United States and our service providers are primarily US-based. If you use the site from outside the US, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so by email or on the site.
