Is it really free? +
Yes. The connector is free. You use it with your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, which is billed by them.
Does it work with ChatGPT or only Claude? +
Both. In Claude, add it under Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector. In ChatGPT, turn on Developer mode under Settings, Apps and Connectors, Advanced, then create a new connector with the same URL.
Which Claude plan do I need? +
Custom connectors work on every Claude plan. The free plan allows one custom connector.
Does it work on my phone? +
Yes. It is a remote connector, so once it is added it works in Claude on the web, the desktop app, Cowork and the mobile app.
Will it text or email my leads by itself? +
No. It reads your CRM, adds notes and tasks, updates stages and tags, and starts an action plan when you ask. Your AI asks before it changes anything, unless you tell it not to.
Can my whole team use it? +
Yes. Each agent connects with their own login and only sees what their Follow Up Boss account lets them see.
Is this made by Follow Up Boss? +
No. It is built by Real Estate AI Society and works with Follow Up Boss through its official API. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Follow Up Boss.
