Real Estate AI Society is a content hub founded by William Zhang, a full-time licensed real estate agent at eXp Realty in Austin, TX (TREC license #811948). William holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin and previously worked at Deloitte before entering real estate full-time.

Real Estate AI Society is different: it is run by a practicing agent who uses these tools daily in his own business. William is documenting the process of building a full AI assistant for realtors — an AI operating system for real estate that handles everything from lead capture to closing. He builds custom Claude Code skills for real estate workflows and shares the process publicly.
